1. Service Description
Hindfirst provides a business decision testing platform. The service generates analytical perspectives on business decisions using AI. Results are analytical signals, not predictions or guarantees of outcomes.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to process personal data of others without consent, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits.
4. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs are not professional advice. They should be validated against real-world evidence and expert judgment. Hindfirst does not guarantee accuracy.
5. Data & Privacy
Your decision data is private to your organization. Cross-company data aggregation is only enabled with explicit opt-in. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hindfirst is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for business decisions made based on the service output.
